We process this data for an effective provision of our website (legal basis: Art. 6 para.1 lit. b GDPR). Furthermore, the data processing serves our legitimate interest to ensure the stability and security of our website (legal basis: Art. 6 para.1 lit f GDPR).

We offer further services on our website (e.g.contact and newsletter) that require us to request personal data from you, such as name or e-mail address and further personal information if necessary. Relevant mandatory information is always marked as a required field. Without this information, we may not be able to provide you with the requested service or answer any queries you might have. In the following, we will give you an overview of the related processing operation and respective legal bases.

Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail, your personal data will be stored and processed. Basically, this concerns your name and e-mail address and the information submitted within the content of your request. These data are stored for the exclusive purpose of answering your request or for making contact and the herewith associated technical administration. The data is not transmitted to third parties without your prior consent. If the contact is made for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Additionally, we have a legitimate interest to efficiently answer your query (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Newsletter
If you register for our newsletter, the personal data you provide to us (such as e-mail address) will be processed for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. For the registration to our newsletter we use the so called double-opt-in procedure, working as follows. After your newsletter registration on our website, you will receive an e-mail containing a link. By clicking this link, you confirm that you are the owner of the e-mail address and wish to receive the newsletter. If the confirmation is not exercised within a period of 12h, both your registration and your submitted personal data will be deleted automatically. The processing of your personal data in the context of the newsletter dispatch is based on your given consent (legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 para. a GDPR).You can object to the future sending of our newsletter at any time and without providing reasons by unsubscribing via the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter, or by contacting us via e-mail.

We will process your personal data to the smallest possible extent only. Therefore, we will store your personal data only for as longs as necessary to fulfil the original collection purpose or – in case this is applicable – a longer storage is legally required or justified.
